This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid indielist subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Featured) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal charge and we will refund that charge, provided the account has not been used to abuse the service (for example, bulk-extracting data and then requesting a refund). This 14-day goodwill window is offered in addition to any non-waivable refund rights you have under your local consumer-protection law.
3. What is not refundable
- partial or unused time after a cancellation, except where required by law;
- charges older than the refund window in section 2, absent a legal requirement or a service failure on our side;
- one-off or add-on purchases that have already been fully delivered.
4. Service failures
If a paid feature is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side for a sustained period, contact us — we will make it right with a credit or refund proportionate to the disruption.
5. How to request
Request a refund through the contact page from the email associated with your account. We aim to respond within a few business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date below and will not apply retroactively to charges already made.
